Setting and following a schedule, and always looking forward allows the customer and architect ample time to make decisions. This is vital to the building process, and something we take great pride in. Our Sub-Contractor contracts are secured through competitive bidding, or through a qualification-based selection process. Our billing process is completely transparent – all Sub Contractor invoices are attached to the customer’s invoice. We have experience with both Residential and Commercial spaces, and we love the challenge of making existing homes more livable, functional, and beautiful.

JHC also offers services to help with initial design so if you have a vision for a space but aren’t sure how to implement that we can help make architectural and interior design decisions. We have transformed many varying spaces and we know what works and what doesn’t. We can also help select finishes based on preferences of our clients, and work closely with them through the process from start to end.
