Craig Olivieri
OWNER
As Owner of Jackson Hole Contracting, Craig’s attention to detail and care in his work began with combined passions for quality wood working and a background in business management. Within two years of arriving in Jackson, Craig went out on his own and Jackson Hole Contracting was born. Driven by his love for building beautiful homes in one of the most scenic areas in the country, Craig and Jackson Hole Contracting have managed over 75 projects throughout the valley: some of the most stunning homes you can find. Surrounded by a crew of experts, Craig and JHC pride themselves on giving homeowners what was promised on time and within the budget.
Mark DeOrsay
PROJECT MANAGER
Originally from Boston, Mark received his BA at Colorado College. During his 20 years in the valley, he has worked in a variety of construction roles including surveying, building custom log homes, making heirloom quality fine furniture, and project management. His large scope of construction experience gives him a unique overview of his work and allows him to get large projects completed carefully and efficiently.
Ben Gavelda
PROJECT MANAGER
Ben Gavelda brings a varied skill set and vision to Jackson Hole Contracting. A degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, an extensive writing and photography career, and many years of diverse craftsmanship are a few things that define him. Ben’s dedicated DIY ethos has given him hands-on experience in all areas of residential construction and beyond. Prior to joining JHC, Ben worked for a boutique building company in his hometown of Durango, Colorado. Ben is a recent transplant to the Tetons, yet he’s no stranger to the area. Being deeply involved in the snowboarding and mountain biking industries, he’s traveled the globe with the world’s most prolific athletes and spent significant time scouring this area’s remote ranges. Precise attention to detail, clear communication and a calm demeanor are assets he brings to every project.
Janice Bushnell
OFFICE MANAGER
Janice has experience in several different industries, with the common thread being customer service. It is of utmost importance to her to provide clients, vendors, and fellow employees with a level of service that is indicative of integrity, transparency and support needed whatever the situation may be. Janice studied Recreation Administration at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and moved to Jackson in 1998. Her experiences span from hospitality, finance and real estate office management, human resources and spa management as well as previous bookkeeping and construction industry positions. While she has moved in and out of the valley a couple times, she is now here to stay and raise her two daughters in the unique environment of the Tetons that we are so fortunate to call home.
